A little about the founder of Boaterschoice.net

Jim Favors' long love affair with boats has meant years of cruising the coastal waters of the U.S., Caribbean and the Bahamas, honing his sailing skills. For many years, he led instructional workshops and seminars for the boating public under the auspices of Nautech Enterprises, a company he founded in 1999 in Annapolis, Maryland.

Jim also initiated a host of sailing rallies to such places as Newport, Rhode Island, Camden, Maine, Nova Scotia, the Delmarva Peninsula and the Bahamas, offering sailors the opportunity for offshore as well as coastal cruising.
